活塞式液壓(ya)缸(gang)的工作原理
它(ta)只(zhi)在(zai)活(huo)塞(sai)的一側設有活(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan),因(yin)而兩(liang)腔的有效作用面積不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。在(zai)供油量相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)腔進油,活(huo)塞(sai)的運(yun)動速度不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong);在(zai)需(xu)克服的負載(zai)力(li)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)腔進油,所需(xu)要的供油壓力(li)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),或者說在(zai)系統(tong)壓力(li)調(diao)定后,環衛垃(la)圾車液壓缸兩(liang)個方向(xiang)運(yun)動所能克服的負載(zai)力(li)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。





柱塞式
(1)柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)式液壓缸是(shi)一種單作用式液壓缸,靠(kao)(kao)液壓力只能實現一個(ge)方向的(de)運動,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)回程要靠(kao)(kao)其它外力或(huo)柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)的(de)自(zi)重;
(2)柱(zhu)塞只靠(kao)缸(gang)(gang)套支承而不與缸(gang)(gang)套接(jie)觸,這樣缸(gang)(gang)套極易(yi)加工,故適于做(zuo)長行程液壓缸(gang)(gang);
(3)工作時柱塞(sai)總受壓,因(yin)而它必須有足夠的剛度(du);
(4)柱(zhu)塞重量往(wang)往(wang)較大,水平放(fang)置時 容易(yi)因(yin)自(zi)重而(er)下垂(chui),造成密封件和導向單邊磨損,故其垂(chui)直使用(yong)更有(you)利。
4.液壓缸缸體(ti)內孔表面劃傷的不(bu)良(liang)后果及(ji)快速修復方法:① 劃傷溝(gou)槽擠出(chu)的材料屑沫會(hui)嵌入(ru)密封(feng)件(jian),運行時在損(sun)壞密封(feng)件(jian)工作部位(wei)的同時,可(ke)能造(zao)成(cheng)新(xin)的劃傷區(qu)域(yu)痕路。
② 惡化缸筒內壁(bi)的表面粗糙度,增大摩擦力,易產(chan)生爬行現象。
③ 加(jia)重(zhong)液(ye)壓(ya)缸的內泄漏(lou),使液(ye)壓(ya)缸工作效率降低。引(yin)起缸體(ti)內孔(kong)表(biao)面劃(hua)傷的主要原(yuan)因如(ru)下。
